These are the companies that help us run Aligner and may process personal data while doing so. We give notice before adding or replacing one.

Vendors in brackets are placeholders until contracts are signed.
Validators and other participants in the Solana network are not our sub-processors. Transactions you sign are public on the blockchain and processed by that network independently of us.
2. How we choose and bind them
We review each provider's security and privacy practices before use. Each one signs data protection terms that are no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum, and each transfer out of the EEA, the UK or Türkiye uses a safeguard described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Changes and notifications
We update this page at least 15 days before a new or replacement sub-processor starts processing personal data.
To receive change notices by email, write to [privacy@aligner.network] with the subject "Sub-processor updates". Organization owners also receive notices at their workspace contact.
Organizations may object to a change as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
